Each press has a sweet spot. We quote the one that gives you the best result at your quantity, not the one that is convenient for us.
Digital Printing
No plate costs, so short runs and versioned artwork stay affordable from 100 units.
Flexographic Printing
Direct-to-corrugated printing for large shipper and display runs at the lowest per-unit cost.
Litho Lamination
Offset sheets laminated to corrugated — photographic quality on a shipping-strength structure.
Screen Printing
Heavy opaque ink lay-down for bold single colors on kraft and dark uncoated stocks.
Digital Foil & Varnish
Plateless foil and raised varnish for short-run luxury effects without tooling charges.

Prepress and imposition
Files are checked, trapped and imposed to the dieline, then plated or ripped for digital.

Make-ready and color OK
The press is brought up to the approved proof and signed off before the run starts.

Print run with in-line QC
Sheets are pulled at intervals and measured so color does not drift across the run.

Coat, cut and glue
Lamination or coating, foiling, die-cutting and gluing follow, each with its own inspection.
