We collect the minimum information needed to quote, produce and deliver custom packaging — and nothing we cannot justify. This notice covers the website, quote forms, artwork uploads and order records.
This privacy notice explains how we handle personal information when you browse our website, request a quote, upload artwork or place an order for custom packaging.
We are the controller of the information described here. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page and in the footer of every page on this site.
We only collect what we need to quote, produce and deliver your packaging, and to run the website itself.
We use the information you give us to prepare quotes, produce proofs, manufacture and ship orders, provide support and keep the accounting records we are legally required to keep.
If you opt in, we also send occasional packaging insights by email. Every message contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your orders.
Artwork you upload is used solely to produce your packaging. We do not sell it, license it or publish it as a portfolio piece without your written permission.
Access is limited to the design, prepress and production staff working on your job. We are happy to sign your NDA before you send files.
We share the minimum necessary with service providers who help us operate: payment processors, shipping carriers, cloud hosting and email delivery providers. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights in a dispute.
Quote enquiries that do not become orders are kept for 24 months so we can pick up the conversation where it stopped. Order, invoice and tax records are kept for the period required by law.
Production artwork is archived so reorders match your original run. You can ask us to delete archived artwork at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent to marketing.
Email us to exercise any of these rights. We respond within 30 days and we never charge a fee for a reasonable request.
The site is served over HTTPS and uploads are transmitted encrypted. Access to order and artwork systems is restricted to named staff accounts.
No system is perfect. If a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant regulator as required by law.
Questions, corrections and deletion requests can be sent to the email address in the sidebar. We will always tell you who is handling your request.
If we change this notice we update the date at the top of the page and, for material changes, tell affected customers by email.
